Membership
We're a member-only badminton club for adults & students passionate about providing recreational play, training sessions, and competition opportunities for players of all levels. Here's what you need to know:
Seasonality

Our season runs from September to June, offering year-round badminton fun!

Summer badminton (July-August) is available for members, but with self-provided shuttles.

Focus on community: Building strong relationships is key to our club! Please note we don't offer short-term memberships or court rentals.
Membership Types

Recreational: Enjoy casual play with fellow members during designated hours.

Training: Enhance your skills with one dedicated training session per week, currently available for beginners only. (Intermediate & Advanced groups are full, we allow our subscribed members to apply at the end of the season. New members will need to wait until end of season to apply)

Competition: Represent our club in competitive games against other clubs in the country.
Membership Fees

Mid-Season Join
Players who join from March onwards get 50% off for the current season in combination with a €100 advance payment towards the next season(Non refundable). Stay with us next season and the €100 will be deducted from the season fee!
Payment

Please use the membership form below to subscribe and pay for a membership. Once payment is done your account will be activated. New members can only choose a recreational membership. If you are selected for training or competition we will upgrade you and ask you to pay the additional fee.
Unsubscribe

Notify us via email (secretaris@us-badminton.nl) before July 1st to cancel for the next season.

You'll remain a member for the current season and access will be blocked at the end of the season.

No refunds: We offer full-season memberships only. If you miss the deadline you pay the next season in full as well. But don't worry, we always send a reminder by email before the deadline.

As a new member, you'll initially get a recreational membership. Upgrade options may become available based on availability and selection by the board.

Payment will be processed immediately upon submission of your membership form.
Trials
-
If you'd like to try a free-play session with the club before becoming a member that is possible. Book a trial session using the online booking system and book an appointment. Only 1 trial max, if a 2nd trial is wished you may ask the secretary for permission.

CAUTION: If you try to join without an appointment you will be sent away.

You must have non-marking indoor shoes! No shoes, No trial!

Shuttles and a racket are provided during trial.

Trial cost: 6 euro paid in advance (No refunds, please ensure you can make it on your chosen trial date)

No show = No new trial. (Cancel at least 24 hours before your trial date with secretary)
