Training:
Training sessions are exclusively for members with either competition or training membership. Each member is assigned to a specific training group as follows:

• Training Group A (Monday, Amstel Campus)

• Training Group B (Monday, Amstel Campus)

• Beginner Group (Wednesday, Universum Campus)

Members are only allowed to attend sessions assigned to their designated training group. Requests for session changes require approval from the training manager. (Nima)

Competition:

During the competition season (typically September-March), teams compete in the Bondscompetitie of Badminton Nederland, playing home and away matches.

Home games are scheduled for Saturdays at Amstel Campus, starting at 19:00 hrs.

Important reminders for competition players:

• Arrive at least 30 minutes before the game.

• Assist in setting up the courts before matches.

• After matches, promptly remove nets, poles, etc., once the courts are no longer in use.
